30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

StalkMoo offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, including monthly subscriptions and Lifetime Deal purchases.

If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us at hello@stalkmoo.com for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@stalkmoo.com with:

  • The email address used at purchase
  • Your order or transaction ID if available

    • We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days.

    Lifetime Deal Purchases

    If you purchased through a third-party deal platform, refunds within 60 days are handled directly by that platform per their standard refund policy. After 60 days, contact us at hello@stalkmoo.com.

    After the 30-Day Window

    Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis. Prorated refunds are not offered on partially used monthly subscription periods.
