Your privacy is important to us. It is StalkMoo's policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding personal information we may collect about you, including across our website, www.stalkmoo.com.

Information We Collect

  • Account info: name, email, profile data (via Google Sign-In or email/password)
  • Content you create: captions, hooks, AI-generated images, competitor analysis inputs, content calendar entries
  • Usage data: tool usage, credits consumed, login activity
  • Payment data: handled by our payment processor — we never store card details

    • How We Use Your Information

    We use your information to:

  • Operate and maintain your StalkMoo account
  • Track your monthly usage within your plan limits
  • Send transactional emails such as password resets and plan updates
  • Improve our tools and services

    • We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

    Google User Data

    StalkMoo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    **Data Accessed:** When you connect Google Drive, StalkMoo requests the drive.file scope only — access limited to files you explicitly create or open through StalkMoo's own Drive picker. We cannot see, list, or browse any other files in your Drive.

    **Data Usage:** Used solely to let you save AI-generated media (images, captions, calendar exports) created in StalkMoo into your own Google Drive for storage and backup. Never used for advertising or to train AI/ML models.

    **Data Sharing:** Google user data is never sold or shared with third parties.

    **Data Storage & Protection:** File content passes directly between Google and StalkMoo's backend only at the moment you save a file — not stored on our servers afterward. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.

    **Data Retention & Deletion:** OAuth tokens are retained until you disconnect Google Drive in Settings → Integrations, or delete your account. Revoke access anytime via Settings or myaccount.google.com/permissions.

    Payment Information

    Payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store or have access to your credit card or banking details.

    Cookies & Analytics

    We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to understand product usage, and the Meta Pixel for ad performance measurement. We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies beyond these.

    Data Retention

    We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days.

    Children's Privacy

    StalkMoo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

    Third-Party Services

    StalkMoo uses Google's Gemini API to power its AI tools. Inputs you submit are sent to Google for processing — review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

    Your Rights

    You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@stalkmoo.com.
